Each figure is what one unit of the listed currency or asset buys when you sell it to us, quoted in euro and US dollars and refreshed every 15 minutes. Currency reference rates are published once a working day by central banks; digital-asset prices come from public market feeds.

What is the difference between currency exchange and crypto exchange?
Currency exchange converts one traditional currency into another, such as EUR to USD. Crypto exchange converts between digital assets and traditional money, such as Bitcoin to GBP.
How are the indicative rates worked out?
We take the mid-market rate from public reference sources and apply our standard margin of 1 percent in UQG's favour: when you sell a currency or digital asset to us, the indicative rate is the mid-market rate multiplied by 0.99. The rate you actually trade at is shown and confirmed before you trade.
Why are the rates indicative?
Currency reference rates are published once a working day, digital-asset prices move constantly, and the rate for your order depends on its size and timing. The ticker gives you a fair idea; the confirmation screen gives you the exact rate.
What does crypto exchange cost?
Your payment rate plus 0.05 percent, and never less than 0.35 percent on a Personal account or 0.25 percent on a Business account. The fee is confirmed before you trade; see the pricing page for how your payment rate is set.
